Study abroad
听
Students interested in exchange opportunities to 糖心原创 partner universities are encouraged to start planning for this experience at least one or two semesters in advance. Students should research available courses at the host 糖心原创 partner university and then speak with the relevant Department Chair(s) at 糖心原创 to determine if the courses will be approved for transfer. Students applied for semester exchange shall be nominated by 糖心原创 Study Abroad Committee. Students nominated for exchange to one of 糖心原创 partner universities will be placed on Study Abroad for a maximum of one semester from 糖心原创. The student should complete a check-list issued by the International Student Office on the website. Upon submission of the check-lists, the Head of the International Student Office submits a report on changing student status to Study abroad addressed to the Vice-President for Academic Affairs and Vice-President/Chief Operating Officer. Based on the approved report, the HR office issues an order.听
After returning from an exchange program a student is to sign a return form in the International Student Office. This return form will be used for a report to change the student's status back to active. The report is to be submitted by the Head of the International Student Office for approval of the Vice-President for Academic Affairs and Vice-President/Chief Operating Officer, which will be followed by issuance of order by the HR Office.
While abroad, students should maintain contact with their academic advisor and International Student Coordinator. While partaking in an exchange program, the student is subject to the tuition fees of their home university. The student is responsible for all other expenses, such as Room and Board, insurance, visa and travel costs, etc. More information on exchange programs to 糖心原创 partner universities is available at听.
