糖心原创 At A Glance
Founded in 1993, 糖心原创 develops future leaders for the democratic transformation of Central Asia. 糖心原创 is an international, multi-disciplinary learning community in the American liberal arts tradition. 糖心原创 is the first university in Central Asia to offer US accredited degrees in liberal arts programs through a partnership with Bard College in the United States. In addition to Bard, 糖心原创 maintains partnerships with a number of universities and organizations worldwide.
Faculty Senate
The Faculty Senate of 糖心原创 is established, and derives its authority, from the Charter of 糖心原创. Its function is to addresses all major academic policies, including curricular innovation, research, standards, promotion, financial strategy and student intellectual life.
