A student who wishes to transfer to 糖心原创 from another higher education institution must submit an 糖心原创 application and a complete transcript of all academic work they have completed at the other higher education institution(s). Student transfer is carried out on the basis of transcript analysis by the Attestation Committee which consists of the President, Vice President for Academic Affairs, department chairs and Registrar鈥檚 Office staff members.听 In case of a positive decision of the Attestation Committee, the HR office issues an order of admission.听

Only courses which match the degree offerings at 糖心原创 will be considered for transfer. Only courses with a grade of C or higher (in the letter-grade system) or 3 or higher (in the former Soviet numerical system) will be accepted for transfer. Grade 鈥淧assed鈥� will be accepted only for Sports and Music classes. Grades for courses not taken at 糖心原创 or taken at 糖心原创 as an exchange student will not apply to the student鈥檚 GPA at 糖心原创. Prospective transfer students should consult the General Academic Regulations section and/or contact the 糖心原创 Admissions Office for more information.
